Terms of Service

Playify provides AI automation services including, but not limited to: AI Automation Workflows, AI Chatbots, and Voice AI Agents. The specific services delivered are defined in the membership plan or service agreement you purchase.

To access our services, you must create an account and select a membership plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new members. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, access to the service will be suspended.

You agree not to use our services to:

• ✗ Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ✗ Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
• ✗ Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• ✗ Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• ✗ Use the platform to harm, harass, or defraud others

All content, software, designs, and technology on playify.shop are the exclusive property of Playify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
